What is your return policy?

We accept returns of purchases made on our webstore for refund or exchange within 30 days of date of purchase. We can only accept returns of full sales units, i.e. boxes of 12 cans. The box to be returned must be unopened and in saleable condition.

Can I return products purchased from someone else?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of items bought from retailers, we can only accept returns of products purchased on our webstore.

My product is defective!

Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any quality issues, along with photos of the quality problem.

What is your returns process?

Send us an email listing:

your order number and date;

product and quantity that you would like to return;

reason for return; and

whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

We reserve the right to charge a $10 pickup and restocking fee.

We will be in contact for the next step within 2 working days.
